Good product, excellent service ~ ryan v

It took me approximately three months of thorough research and consideration before I decided to proceed with the installation of a solar power system. During this time, I explored options from six empanelled and authorized vendors. After evaluating their offerings, I ultimately chose Sunshine Solar, as they were best aligned with my specific requirements. My point of contact was Mr. Pavan, with whom I initiated discussions. Over the course of those three months, I gained a considerable amount of knowledge about solar power systems, which helped me make informed decisions. Mr. Pavan was receptive to most of my needs and incorporated them into the planning and execution of the installation. He and his team delivered a good quality installation that met my expectations. However, I did find that his responsiveness to customer queries and follow-ups could be improved. While the overall service was satisfactory, more prompt and consistent communication would have enhanced the experience further. In summary, I am reasonably happy with the outcome and appreciate the effort put in by Sunshine Solar, though there is room for improvement in customer engagement. Chris Mendes Calvim. P.O.
